Luke loves to teach and help others to ease into the serenity of FREEDIVING. To me FREEDIVING is a life style and the process of learning the skill is often life changing. Without a doubt the practioner learns more about themselves, feels a deeper sense of calm and peace and not just in the sea. As a result of learning Mediation in Asia, I also teach Meditation to patients suffering from stress related conditions.
